Full Disclosure, I was initially concerned when I saw the title that slugging was a very different thing than it turned out to be, which says much about my own skin-care regime. I will draw a little attention that that men experience the same aging effects on skin, hair and nails that are covered in this article and can benefit from the same type of care routines.
