Sometimes it is hard to change from our prior gym workouts and high-intensity cardio to seemingly less intense "old-people" workouts. However, most of the articles on life-long fitness stress consistency including regular resistance training. Many of the exercises here (see plank above) provide a great foundation for an exercise regime, even if it means a little perceptual shift.
